Whatever is happening for you, as a Counsellor with 8 years experience, I offer a safe and confidential space where we can work together to explore your situation and find the best way forward.

My counselling approach is Person Centred/Integrative. This means I am able to combine techniques from different therapies in a Person Centred way to meet your individual needs and personal circumstances - tailoring the therapy to you.

Having worked for the NHS, mental health charity Mind and bereavement counselling service Cruse as well as my own private practice, I have experience with adults who present with a wide range of issues including:

  • abuse

  • addiction

  • anger

  • anxiety

  • confidence

  • depression

  • grief and loss

  • obsessive compulsive disorders

  • relationship

  • self esteem

  • stress

  • trauma

  • work related
